How long does it take to prepare an order?
In-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Personalized and made-to-order pieces ship on the date confirmed in your quote. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to the countries shown at checkout, with DHL Express or USPS. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are shown or disclosed at checkout. Exotic-leather pieces (including python, alligator, crocodile, caiman, stingray and ostrich) are not shipped outside the U.S. or to California, Nevada, New York, Oregon or Washington, and ship only where they can lawfully be delivered.
